A family atmosphere, I appreciated it. The restaurant was excellent for breakfast, it had tasty dishes.

Such great stay, as always. The hotel was a chilled-out base for enjoying a beautiful area, near the first market, the beach. The staff was incredible, provided a convenient check-in and a late check-out.

Everything was simply great. Check in was fast, hotel was exceptional, locations was unbeatable close to the airport. The staff were amiable and efficient, were waiting for us in the nice lobby. The view was incredible, the service was great.

We loved the hotel and Puerto Plata, had 4 fun filled days there. Staff where eager to help and overall they are pleasant enough people. The room was clean, newly remodeled by the bathroom. Food was pretty good and tasty. Special service within 0.5 miles of the airport.

we thoroughly enjoyed the food and staff. we took a standard room and it had a flat-screen tv with cable channels, a private safe and ironing facilities. besides, wi fi throughout the property was a bonus.

We appreciated our wonderful stay there a lot. The food and service were all very good. Lots of restaurants to eat close by, like Sabor Latino that was only 15 minutes' walk away. What's more, they had WiFi.
